Intro

Aqua Apartment - Luxury apartment on the waterfront at Labrador. Quiet location close to all amenities. Spacious, contemporary and fully self contained with all the mod cons of home and views of the beautiful Broadwater.

The day begins with sunlight on water, crisp cotton bedlinen, soft breezes, dappled shade through louvres that enclose a wide balcony from which to contemplate the coming day. An express lift away from fine dining, cafes, places to walk, talk and swim and jog and workout. The interior is casual and elegant with two bedrooms. The main (queen bed) with expansive views over the Broadwater and the rear bedroom (twin) with stunning sunsets and views to the hinterland.

3D Details

A luxury apartment building on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

We created 3D architectural renderings and animations of the exterior and interior of 3 apartments. The retail area was also included. This also involved view capture and photomontage work. Our client saw the advantages of using our complete service and our "complete scene" workflow. This was, in it's time, an amazing virtual reality feat.

As we moved ahead with this project we also took photographs from and across the water to create some highly realistic photomontage images. These included disk shots that allowed us to play with the coloured light of a sunset.

All interior Archiform 3D renderings are pure 3D with no photo objects and are radiosity rendered. The animations have the same quality as the stills, giving us a clear lead in moving picture presentations and providing a complete set of portfolio of images for each project within the normal price structure.

Exterior 3D Architectural Renderings

A combination of many complex 3D elements create an exterior 3D Image of a building or landscape. 3D vegetation is important to the scene.Every plant is built in detailed 3D and randomized to simulate reality. Considerably more artist and computer workstation time is required to create this level of detail but the results are superb. This is particularly visible in 3D animations and fly-through. It’s what forms some of our overall Photo-Perfect presentation.

Photomontage Architectural Renderings

If your project location has an attractive natural feature or location then you may want the Architectural Renderings to be merged into a photograph. 3D Photomontage is the combining of a photograph with 3D Renderings , blending the two to form a highly realistic picture. Usually mistaken for a finished development, these Photo-Perfect 3D Images are indistinguishable from reality. There is no restriction as to when or where the existing photographs can be taken. Existing structures and landscaping can be protected with masks so they remain in the final image. Archiform 3D can also take the photographs for you, which often requires a full day shoot to get the best lighting and angles. You can also just send us photographs that you already have and we will work with them.

Architectural Renderings of Interior Design

Archiform 3D approaches each interior 3D Architectural Renderings with detail, precision and artistic flare. Each item of furniture is carefully modelled in 3D from pictures or catalogues and includes representations of original fabric samples. The scenes are then enhanced with decorator items like wall hung artwork, indoor plants and designer household pieces.After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.

The removal of all traditional photography limitations often means our 3D Architectural Renderings are even better than reality. Our fly-through animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our 3D Architectural Renderings .
