Intro

Aqua Apartment - Luxury apartment on the waterfront at Labrador. Quiet location close to all amenities. Spacious, contemporary and fully self contained with all the mod cons of home and views of the beautiful Broadwater.

The day begins with sunlight on water, crisp cotton bedlinen, soft breezes, dappled shade through louvres that enclose a wide balcony from which to contemplate the coming day. An express lift away from fine dining, cafes, places to walk, talk and swim and jog and workout. The interior is casual and elegant with two bedrooms. The main (queen bed) with expansive views over the Broadwater and the rear bedroom (twin) with stunning sunsets and views to the hinterland.

3D Details

A luxury apartment building on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

We created 3D architectural renderings and animations of the exterior and interior of 3 apartments. The retail area was also included. This also involved view capture and photomontage work. Our client saw the advantages of using our complete service and our "complete scene" workflow. This was, in it's time, an amazing virtual reality feat.

As we moved ahead with this project we also took photographs from and across the water to create some highly realistic photomontage images. These included disk shots that allowed us to play with the coloured light of a sunset.

All interior Archiform 3D renderings are pure 3D with no photo objects and are radiosity rendered. The animations have the same quality as the stills, giving us a clear lead in moving picture presentations and providing a complete set of portfolio of images for each project within the normal price structure.

3D Images of External Scenes

A combination of many complex 3D elements create an exterior 3D Architectural Rendering of a building or landscape. The addition of high-quality 3D vegetation is of utmost importance. Leaves and branches are modelled individually by Archiform 3D to create each tree, plant and flower. This requires much more effort to create than the typical flat face plants that other companies use, but the results are far superior. While improving 3D Images the additional effort is most visible in 3D animated video. It’s part of what separates our work into Photo-Perfect.

Photomontage 3D Images

If your project location has an attractive natural feature or location then you may want the 3D Renderings to be merged into a photograph. 3D Photomontage is the hybrid of a photograph with Architectural Renderings , combining both to create a highly realistic composite. This combination creates 3D Renderings that are almost indistinguishable from a real photograph. The photos can be shot at any time and from any perspective. Existing features and landscaping can be masked so as they remain in the final image. We can take any photographs you need of the project and will work with the location and lighting to achieve the best possible results. 3D Images of Interior Design

Archiform 3D's approach to interior 3D Images gives a detailed and life-like result. The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials. You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene. After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.

The thoughtful combination of these skills often give 3D Renderings that are better looking than real photographs. What is noteworthy is that we create fly-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Images .
