Grandview Commons in Burnsville Minnesota by Brandl Anderson Homes is a unique community with flats and town homes combined with commercial property. Grandview Commons provides easy living and plenty of entertainment space in common areas. A wide variety of floor plans are offered to ensure that your home is suited to your lifestyle. Experience downtown living in the comforts of the suburbs with Grandview Commons.

We created 3D renderings and animations of the exterior and interior of 2 apartments. Our client saw the advantages of using our complete service and our "complete scene" workflow, which yields a greater number of 3D architectural renderings and animations to create a complete project portfolio.

All interior Archiform 3D renderings are pure 3D with no photo objects and are radiosity rendered. The animations have the same quality as the stills, giving us a clear lead in moving picture presentations and providing a complete set of portfolio of images for each project within the normal price structure.

3D Architectural Renderings of Exteriors

Architectural Renderings of exteriors include many varied elements. High-quality 3D vegetation is important to the Virtual Scene. We model detailed plants and trees down to the stems and leaves. This consumes more effort than the typical flat face plants that competing companies use, but the final 3D results are superior. Architectural Renderings are improved, but walk-through 3D animations is where the additional attention is most visible.It’s what forms some of our overall Photo-Perfect presentation.

Interior Architectural Renderings

Archiform 3D creates interior 3D Architectural Renderings with care, precision and artistic inspiration. We model each piece of furniture in 3D from just pictures of the originals and apply scanned fabric from real-world samples. Decoratoration items and personal accessories are also created in 3D and placed carefully throughout the scenes. Lighting the scene correctly and artistically is important to the scene, which happens after all the furniture is placed.

The combinaton of these creates 3D Architectural Renderings and 3D Animations that are often better looking than reality. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Images .
