3D Images
of Interior Scenes
Our interior
3D Images
are detailed and rich in quality.
The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics.
You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene.
We then light the scene to enhance realism and create dramatic effects.
This combination often gives better interior
3D Images
than reality as we are not tied to the traditional limitations of photography.
What is worth remembering is that our fly-through 3D animations of these interior scenes is to the same Photo-Perfect 3D quality as our still
3D Images
.
3D Apartment Scenes
Apartment and condo building projects are perfect for 3D presentations.
When there are duplicate homes for sale the budget of each scene is divided up, so the cost per unit is significantly decreased.
It is likely that you will only need a few scenes to represent most of the units in the development.
We also offer volume discounts for these projects as it is rare that each apartment will be so different from the next that we have to recreate all of the furniture each time.
Considering that we include so many still
3D Images
in our prices you will also find that you get plenty of images for brochures and web sites from just a few scenes.
How We Create
3D Images
of Bedrooms
To us a bedroom scene must look like somewhere you could sleep in, so we aim for this when we first begin 3D modelling and laying out the room.
The Camera Angle, lighting and detailing are how we attempt this.
The viewer should see a familiar approach to the room and bed, with possibly something appealing, like a balcony, window or an inspiring view.
And we prefer to lighting to depict either sleeping or waking time, so a soft touch of moonlight sneaking past the drapes is often perfect.
The soft parts of a bed such as the covers and pillows are the most painstaking items to model in a bedroom 3D Image
or animation.
To be realistic and appealing they must have the small imperfections, wrinkles and softness of the genuine item.
These imperfections are harder to create with 3D software than harder more rigid pieces of furniture.
The wrinkles, creases and soft flowing shapes of bed linen also make them hard work to texture, especially when the fabrics are complex and have large patterns.
Incorporating Real Views with
3D Images
Looking outwards from the viewpoint in this 3D Image
you may notice that the actual view is incorporated.
There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama.
Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.
A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still
3D Images
.
But when used in fly-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera.
If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.
The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions.
This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera.
You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
