An 11-acre waterfront community with 500 luxury high-rise condominiums, 30 townhomes and 60 lofts, located on the western shore of Clear Lake in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Sail club is an extensive lakefront residential community. For the purposes of pre-construction sales we prepared a series of renderings and animations for the pool area and surrounding gardens. While only a small part of this development it is an important one and too hard to understand with just plans. Unlike scale models, our animations come to life and have people, so the true lifestyle that a buyer can expect is being portrayed.

Landscape and Exterior 3D Images

3D Images of external scenes combine many elements. Simulating landscaping is a particular challenge to our artist. Archiform 3D creates detailed models of plants down to the leaf. This requires much more effort to create than the typical flat face plants that other companies use, but the results are far superior. 3D Renderings are enhanced, but 3D Animations are where the additional effort really shows. Our Photo-Perfect standards dictate this attention to detail and quality.
