An 11-acre waterfront community with 500 luxury high-rise condominiums, 30 townhomes and 60 lofts, located on the western shore of Clear Lake in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Sail club is an extensive lakefront residential community. For the purposes of pre-construction sales we prepared a series of renderings and animations for the pool area and surrounding gardens. While only a small part of this development it is an important one and too hard to understand with just plans. Unlike scale models, our animations come to life and have people, so the true lifestyle that a buyer can expect is being portrayed.

Exterior 3D Architectural Renderings

Many elements come together to form an exterior 3D Architectural Rendering . 3D trees and plants are important to the scene. Archiform 3D models trees and plants down to the leaf. Much more human and computer time is required to do this but the results speak for themselves. This is most evident in 3D walk-through animations. It is what separates our work into the Photo-Perfect standard.
