area, this exciting project ensures the kind of access that modern

Virtually everything vital to the
success and efficiency of your business is within easy distance.
Just minutes from the Ft Lauderdale International Airport and port
everglades. Easy access to many 4 &
5 star hotels, the cultural & urban activities of Greater
Ft Lauderdale,
shopping centers including Broward Mall and the world famous Sawgrass
Mills Mall. And for superior accessibility, 595 Corporate Park
of Commerce is near the junctions of major highways and superhighways
such as the I-95 Corridor, Florida?s Turnpike, I-75 alligator Alley
and the Sawgrass Expressway.
3D Details
This project is a commercial condo development. Just like residential
condos, buyers can secure a title over part of the building, therefore
eliminating the landlord.
Our brief was to create animations and
3D Architectural Renderings
of the development
plus a video production and web site. This also extended into a
database that controls pricing, sales, and also cleverly interfaced
with the Flash web site design.
The 3D model was created from the architects plans. Effects such
as camera tracking were used to blend the 3D with the actual aerial
footage (shot by us) to create the illusion of the project as if
completed. The effect was extremely useful especially with the
depiction of the new development relevant to the 595 Expressway
to Fort Lauderdale.
Moving cars were added to the
3D Images
and animations as well
as live people.
