Intro

EVOLUTION brings together the finest aspects of Citimark’s previous developments and combines them with an outstanding design from award-winning architects Cottee Parker to create a development that owner-occupiers and renters will want to call home.

In particular, Cottee Parker has emphasised plush communal facilities for residents and guests. Lavish facilities include a heated lap pool, spa, gym, media/conference room, garden deck and BBQs.

Choose among 178 luxurious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments on 37 levels, including luxurious sub-penthouses and penthouses.

3D Details

A complete set of interior architectural renderings of an apartment living room. Furniture is from our extensive 3D model library and the views are from photographs provided by the client. Modifications are often made to our libraries of scenes, such as changing furniture and colours to suit the design and give the project an identity.

Extending the 3D

The interiors were then extended to the exteriors. Another nine 3D renderings were created to give an inside and outside impression of the project. The shot you see of the exterior is a photomontage image, which combines the 3D rendering with an actual photograph.

Exterior 3D Architectural Renderings

Exterior 3D scenes require many elements to complete the 3D Architectural Renderings . High-quality 3D vegetation is important to the Virtual Scene. We model detailed plants and trees down to the stems and leaves. Photomontage is the combination of 3D Renderings with actual photos shot from the site, forming a seamless hybrid combination. Regularly mistaken for a completed project, these Photo-Perfect Architectural Renderings are almost indistinguishable from the real world. The photos can be shot at any time and from any perspective. We mask around existing features that need to be shown and we can add new ones too. YOu can engage us to take the original pictures for you for a fee. You can also just send us photographs that you already have and we will work with them.

Interior Architectural Renderings

With immaculate and life-like imagery, Archiform 3D's approach to interior 3D Architectural Renderings and video pushes the limitations of technology. We model each piece of furniture in 3D from just pictures of the originals and apply scanned fabric from real-world samples. You can pick almost any model or type of accessory to visually enhance the scene, which we will create and add in 3D. 3D lighting effects are then added to warm and enhance the scene.

The culmination of these creates 3D Images and Fly-Through Videos that are often dramatically better than reality. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Renderings .
