Intro
EVOLUTION brings together the finest aspects of Citimark’s
previous developments and combines them with an outstanding design
from award-winning architects Cottee Parker to create a development
that owner-occupiers and renters will want to call home.
In particular, Cottee Parker has emphasised plush communal facilities
for residents and guests. Lavish facilities include a heated lap
pool, spa, gym, media/conference room, garden deck and BBQs.
Choose among 178 luxurious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments on
37 levels, including luxurious sub-penthouses and penthouses.
3D Details
A complete set of interior architectural renderings of an apartment
living room. Furniture is from our extensive 3D
model library and
the views are from photographs provided by the client. Modifications
are often made to our libraries of scenes, such as changing furniture
and colours to suit the design and give the project an identity.
Extending the 3D
The interiors were then extended to the exteriors. Another nine
3D renderings were created to give an inside and outside impression
of the project. The shot you see of the exterior is a photomontage image, which combines the 3D rendering with an actual photograph.
