Intro

EVOLUTION brings together the finest aspects of Citimark’s previous developments and combines them with an outstanding design from award-winning architects Cottee Parker to create a development that owner-occupiers and renters will want to call home.

In particular, Cottee Parker has emphasised plush communal facilities for residents and guests. Lavish facilities include a heated lap pool, spa, gym, media/conference room, garden deck and BBQs.

Choose among 178 luxurious 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments on 37 levels, including luxurious sub-penthouses and penthouses.

3D Details

A complete set of interior architectural renderings of an apartment living room. Furniture is from our extensive 3D model library and the views are from photographs provided by the client. Modifications are often made to our libraries of scenes, such as changing furniture and colours to suit the design and give the project an identity.

Extending the 3D

The interiors were then extended to the exteriors. Another nine 3D renderings were created to give an inside and outside impression of the project. The shot you see of the exterior is a photomontage image, which combines the 3D rendering with an actual photograph.

Exterior 3D Renderings

Architectural Renderings of exterior scenes are composed of many different elements. Of utmost importance is the accurate simulation of vegetation. We build important, prominent plants completely in 3D. It takes hours longer to create each piece this way but the results are better. 3D Architectural Renderings are improved, but fly-through 3D animations and video is where the additional attention is most visible. It is part of our overall Photo-Perfect package.

Photomontage 3D Renderings

Often project better in 3D when merged with a real photo. Photomontage is the merging of 3D Renderings with actual photographs from the site, forming a seamless combination. Almost indistinguishable from a finished project these 3D Architectural Renderings are regularly mistaken for a finished project. There is no limit as to when or what perspective the site photographs can be shot. Existing trees and buildings can be cut around and we can add new features too. Archiform 3Ds photographic services can handle the real shots for you. You may have some photographs already, that we will gladly work with.

3D Images of Interior Designs

Archiform 3D's approach to interior Architectural Renderings gives a detailed and life-like result. Each item of furniture is carefully modelled in 3D from pictures or catalogues and includes representations of original fabric samples. The scenes are then decorated with small items like pictures, plants and household items. 3D lighting effects are then added to warm and enhance the scene.

This combination often gives better interior 3D Images than reality as we are not tied to the traditional limitations of photography. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do walk-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Images .
