Sunset at Galloway project

Location: Miami, Florida

A series of commercial building images, Miami. The Sunset at Galloway project is a renovation of a tired run down building into a more prestige development, with the developer then enticing buyers to purchase new strata titles of what is actually an old structure. These renderings show the building as the new design depicted it. The process of creating the Sunset on Galloway architectural renderings included many changes in color and design, while the client fumbled with the look and feel he desired at that time.

The design was then completely changed, and the client decided he didn't need to pay for the previous renderings - therefore denying us the balance of our fees. Accounting practices have since changed at Archiform 3D.

Architectural Renderings of Exteriors

3D Renderings and animations of exterior scenes, such as buildings and landscapes, combine many complex elements. 3D vegetation is important to the scene.We model detailed plants and trees down to the stems and leaves. Much more human and computer time is required to do this but the results speak for themselves. You notice this effort the most in 3D fly-through video. Out Photo-Perfect standard requires this detailed attention.
