3D Images of Interior Designs

With immaculate and life-like imagery, Archiform 3D's approach to interior 3D Images and video pushes the limitations of technology. The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials. You can choose curtains, props, vases, plants and almost any other items to decorate the scene. After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.

The thoughtful combination of these skills often give 3D Images that are better looking than real photographs. Our animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Images .

3D Images of Living Room Scenes

Of all internal condominium or house renderings, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge room and family room, that consume the most effort. They are the focus of every day living and contain more varied elements than other rooms. There are so many possibilities within these rooms so they are often the hardest for a designer to explain and detail in a brief.

The nature of the furniture within these rooms makes them difficult to model in 3D. The detailed free-flowing curves and fabrics of some furniture pieces, such as sofas, can be surprisingly difficult to model perfectly in 3D. And items such as light fittings and window treatments can also be extremely time consuming.

3D artists can get some pleasure out of these scenes, despite the complexity. This can be found in the frequent need for free-hand creativity to warm a scene’s mood or style. Small and large details such as vases, books, window treatments and personal items make a scene look more like a home.

Incorporating Real Views with 3D Images

Looking from this viewpoint you may notice that the real view is in the background. We do this as either a flat 2D image in the background or as a complete 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene. The two methods have an effect on the overall price to do the job and specific advantages.

The reduced location and photography costs make simple 2D backgrounds appealing for still 3D Images . The downfall to this method is that it shows no motion or change in within an Animation. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions. This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera. You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
