You can pick almost any model or type of accessory to visually enhance the scene, which we will create and add in 3D. The scene is then illuminated carefully for realism and effect.

Creating Bedrooms as 3D Architectural Renderings

Our aim with bedroom scenes is to create a place in 3D that you could imagine yourself really sleeping in. To achieve this we work with the Camera Angles, the small details and the lighting. We like to have a visual approach that shows the bed and possibly a balcony or window behind it. Many clients would conclude that night illumination is always best, but the soft morning sun gleaming on the floor can describe a home that is a new awakening.

The most difficult item to model in a bedroom 3D Architectural Rendering is the bedding and pillows. They must show the same softness, wrinkles and bumps that a real bed has. The difficulty comes in that computers are best at straight lines and regular curves, so a wavy, irregular, almost organic shape is harder to create. Adding the fabric to the bed covers can also be painstaking as they often form part of an overall shape or pattern.

Real Views in 3D Architectural Renderings

This 3D Architectural Rendering shows the actual view from the scene. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both methods have their benefits.

A simple 2D image put into the scene is the easiest to do, as the single shot can be taken in many different inexpensive ways. But when used in walk-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If the 3D Camera changes the direction it is looking at the view doesn’t change, which is not a desirable result.

The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane. The increased visual scope gives excellent results for 3D Animations as when the 3D Camera turns within the scene the view changes with it. We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
