Architectural Renderings
Archiform 3D's careful and meticulous approach to interior
Pieces of 3D Art
gives a life-like result.
The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics.
Decorator and small accessories are also created in 3D and placed thoughfully within the scene.
After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.
The culmination of these creates
3D Art
and fly-through videos that are often dramatically better than reality.
Our 3D virtual tour animations are rendered to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still image

of Living Rooms
Of all internal condominium or house renderings, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge room and family room, that consume the most effort.
They are the focus of every day living and contain more varied elements than other rooms.
They are also the most difficult for a designer or architect to prepare a detailed brief for, so it’s hard for our 3D artists to get perfect immediately.
The typical style and shape of the furniture in these areas makes them painstaking to model in 3D.
This is due to the often-complex curves and softness that go into items like sofas, which require painstaking attention to get both the shape and fabrics perfect.
This is also true for items such as plants and sculptures, which have fine detail and are sometimes a major part of a 3D rendering or animation.
But despite the complexity, these scenes can be exciting for the 3D artist.
This is in the flexibility that the 3D artist often has for small decoration and the minute details that complete a scene.
The difference between a
Architectural 3D Artwork
that you would admire and one that you feel you could really live in is the same difference between a passing conversation and an actual sale.
Incorporating Real Views with
Computer Generated Images
This scene has the real view from the actual project, which is a superb way of displaying what a buyer will actually see from a new condo, office or home.
There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama.
The two techniques affect the overall price to do the job, not in rendering costs but in acquiring the views.
A flat 2D image put into the background is the easiest to do, as it is one shot that can be taken in many different ways and often costs less due to reduced location costs.
Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the camera if you wish to animate the scene.
If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.
The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane.
The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D camera.
You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
