3D Images of Interior Scenes

Archiform 3Ds interior 3D Images and walk-through animations are high-quality and are carefully detailed. The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials. You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene. After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.

The culmination of these creates 3D Images and Fly-Through Videos that are often dramatically better than reality. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Images .

Living Room 3D Images

Family and lounge rooms are the most painstaking 3D Images and Animations to create within a house, condo or apartment. They’re not just bigger spaces but they have more detail and often extend into other living areas. The multiple levels and types of decoration and possibilities for colors and coverings means that these rooms are hard for a client to describe in a document.

Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas. Pieces such as lounge chairs, sofas and other furniture with soft curves and complex fabric textures can be difficult to model perfectly. This is also true for items such as plants and sculptures, which have fine detail and are sometimes a major part of a 3D Rendering or 3D Animation.

But despite the detailing and painstaking effort, these scenes can be enjoyable for the 3D Artist or technician. This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation. It’s often the final personal touches that are the difference between a scene that you may just admire or one that you would buy and live in.

Incorporating Real Views with 3D Images

Looking from this viewpoint you may notice that the real view is in the background. There are 2 choices in how we do this; a simple 2D image put behind the scene or a 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene.Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Images . But when used in fly-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions. This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera. You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
