Interior
3D Images
Archiform 3D's approach to interior
Architectural Renderings
gives a detailed and life-like result.
The 3D furniture is created from pictures of the actual pieces, modelled into 3D and textured with your choice of fabrics and materials.
You can select drapes, pots, indoor plants and almost any item to enhance the scene.
Lighting is then added with attention to realism, shadowing and highlights.
This carefull combination of skills produces
3D Renderings
that are more inspiring than real photographs. Our fly-through animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our

3D Images
of Living Rooms
Grand salons and lounge rooms are the most intensive scenes to create within an apartment, condominium or house.
They aren’t just larger rooms but they contain more varied detail and sometimes extend into other living areas.
They are also the hardest for a client or designer to translate into a brief, therefore difficult for our 3D Artists to get right first time.
Furnishings in these rooms can also be difficult to create in 3D.
This is due to the often-complex curves and softness that go into items like sofas, which require painstaking attention to get both the shape and fabrics perfect.
And items such as light fittings and window treatments can also be extremely time consuming.
3D technicians can get some enjoyment out of these scenes, despite the complexity and effort required. This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation.
A book, candle, rose or pillow in the right place and tell a small story on it’s own.
Combining Real Views with
3D Images
You will see in this 3D Image
that the real view from this scene is incorporated. There are two methods to achieve this; as a flat 2D image applied to the background or as a 360-degree panoramic photograph wrapped around like a drum.
Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.
The reduced location and photography costs make simple 2D backgrounds appealing for still
Architectural Renderings
.
Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the 3D Camera if you wish to animate the scene. If the viewpoint changes in any direction the view doesn’t change, which is not a visually appealing result. The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions.
The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with 3D Animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D Camera.Archiform 3D has the necessary equipment and skill to take both panoramic and flat view shots. You can also have these pictures done by someone else.
The Technique of Multiple
Architectural Renderings
from One Scene
Typically, Archiform 3D works and charges by the scene, not by the 3D Rendering
.
This means that our clients actually get better value for money as we are charging more for the work put in, not for what may be the almost automated process of producing just the one 3D Image
.
This 3D Architectural Rendering
is a typical example of this policy, meaning that the client has paid for a 3D Scene and obtained multiple images for the same fixed price.
If your project has more than one visual aspect to it then this process is ideal.
Exterior and interior 3D Scenes can benefit from this advanced technique.
