3D Images of Interior Designs

Our interior 3D Images are highly detailed, rich in quality and inspirational.We model each piece of furniture in 3D from just pictures of the originals and apply scanned fabric from real-world samples. Decoratoration items and personal accessories are also created in 3D and placed carefully throughout the scenes. After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.

The combinaton of these creates 3D Architectural Renderings and 3D Animations that are often better looking than reality. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do fly-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still 3D Renderings .

Living Room 3D Architectural Renderings

Interior living room scenes, like lounges, grand salons and family rooms are the most intensive of an apartment, condominium unit or house to create. They have more features, are bigger rooms, usually cover more than one living space and are the center of everyday living in the home. They are also the most difficult for a designer or architect to prepare a detailed brief for, so it’s hard for our 3D Artists to get perfect immediately.

Furnishings in these rooms can also be difficult to create in 3D. The detailed free-flowing curves and fabrics of some furniture pieces, such as sofas, can be surprisingly difficult to model perfectly in 3D. This can also be particularly true for pieces such as indoor plants and sculptures, which have minute detail but are often a major part of a Rendering or 3D Animation.

3D artists can get some pleasure out of these scenes, despite the complexity. This is often in the smaller detailing and touches that enhances what may be a partially complete or basic design document. Drapes, personal items, pictures and other small items make a room look like it isn’t just a display but it could actually be lived in.

Real Views in 3D Renderings

Looking outwards from the viewpoint in this 3D Image you may notice that the actual view is incorporated. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

The reduced location and photography costs make simple 2D backgrounds appealing for still 3D Renderings . But when used in walk-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.

The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions. The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with 3D Animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D Camera.We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
