3D Renderings
of Interiors
Our internal
3D Architectural Renderings
are highly detailed and rich with warmth and quality.
The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics.
Decorator and small accessories are also created in 3D and placed thoughfully within the scene.
We then light the scene to enhance realism and create dramatic effects.
The culmination of these creates
3D Renderings
and Fly-Through Videos that are often dramatically better than reality.
Our interior 3D Animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still
3D Images
.
3D Architectural Renderings
of Living Rooms
Of all interior apartment or house scenes, it is the living rooms, such as the lounge, grand salon and family rooms, that take up the most time.
They are the focus of every day living and contain more varied elements than other rooms.
There are many varied possibilities within these spaces so they are often the most difficult for a designer to communicate in a brief. Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas.
The many free-flowing curves and ornate fabrics of some furniture items, such as lounge chairs and sofas, can be unusually difficult to model in 3D.And finishing pieces such as light fixtures and drapery can also be quite time consuming. What is exciting about these 3D Scenes is the scope for creativity.
This can be found in the frequent need for free-hand creativity to warm a scene’s mood or style.
It’s often the final personal touches that are the difference between a scene that you may just admire or one that you would buy and live in.
Bedroom Scenes as
3D Images
The bedroom is the most intimate and private part of a home, so we try to make it look like a place that you can imagine yourself sleeping in.
We achieve this by planning Camera Angles, detailing for realism and lighting with mood.
We like to have a camera angle that shows an approach to the bed and possibly a window or balcony behind it.
And we prefer to lighting to depict either sleeping or waking time, so a soft touch of moonlight sneaking past the drapes is often perfect.
The most complex thing to create in a bedroom 3D Image
is the bed and pillows.
To be realistic and appealing they must have the small imperfections, wrinkles and softness of the genuine item.
This becomes difficult in that computers and 3D software are best at straight edges and normal curves, so a free form, almost organic shape is harder to model.
Applying the fabric patterns to the bedding can also be challenging, as there is often a shape that must be maintained over the soft 3D Mesh.
Price and Build by the 3D Scene
Typically, Archiform 3D works and charges by the scene, not by the 3D Rendering
.
This means that our clients get better value as we are billing relative to the work performed, not for what could be the almost automated process of rendering just the one image. This 3D Rendering
is a sample of this production technique, being just one of a series lifted from an overall 3D Scene instead than just one Perspective. The perfect scenario for this is when you need more than one image for a marketing campaign or you need to produce a complete set of pictures to completely show a development.
This strategy for
Architectural Renderings
can be applied to both interior and exterior 3D Scenes.
