Architectural Renderings
of Interiors
Archiform 3D's careful and meticulous approach to interior
3D Architectural Renderings
gives a life-like result.
The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics.
You can pick almost any model or type of accessory to visually enhance the scene, which we will create and add in 3D.
Lighting is then added with attention to realism, shadowing and highlights.
The combinaton of these creates
3D Images
and 3D Animations that are often better looking than reality.
What is unique is that we render 3D fly-through videos of interior scenes to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still 3D
3D Architectural Renderings
.
Living Room
Architectural Renderings
Interior living room scenes, like lounges, grand salons and family rooms are the most intensive of an apartment, condominium unit or house to create.
They contain more varied detail, are larger rooms, often cover more than one living space and are the focus of day-to-day living within the home.
The many levels of decoration and possibilities for colours and fabrics means that these rooms are also hard for a client to describe in a brief.
The nature of the furniture within these rooms makes them difficult to model in 3D.
This is because of the complex shapes and curves that form items like sofas and lounge chairs, which require effort to get both the shape and textures perfect.
This can also be particularly true for pieces such as indoor plants and sculptures, which have minute detail but are often a major part of a Rendering or 3D Animation.
3D technicians can get some enjoyment out of these scenes, despite the complexity and effort required. This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation.
Drapes, personal items, pictures and other small items make a room look like it isn’t just a display but it could actually be lived in.
Real Views in
3D Images
Looking outwards from the viewpoint in this 3D Rendering
you may notice that the actual view is incorporated.
There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama.
Both techniques have their advantages.
The lower photography costs make flat 2D backgrounds appealing for still, fixed position
3D Images
.But when used in walk-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera.
If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.
The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane.
This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly.
Archiform 3D has the necessary equipment and skill to take both panoramic and flat view shots. You can also have these pictures done by someone else.
Multiple
3D Images
from a Scene
We work on a price and build by the scene policy, which means we charge our clients by the scene, not by the 3D Image
.
We have discounts for just one image of a scene, but getting a series of
3D Images
gives better value for money.
This 3D Architectural Rendering
is a typical example of this policy, meaning that the client has paid for a 3D Scene and obtained multiple images for the same fixed price.
If your project has more than one visual aspect to it then this process is ideal.
This advanced technique applies to interior and exterior 3D Scenes.
