We like to approach bedroom scenes with the aim to creating the Architectural 3D Artwork that you could really see yourself sleeping in. The camera angle, lighting and detailing are how we attempt this. We like to have a visual approach that shows the bed and possibly a balcony or window behind it. And while most people would assume that night time lighting is always best, the soft morning light shining on the floor can portray a place that is a new awakening.

The bedding and pillows are the hardest thing to create in a bedroom 3D Rendering . To look real and inviting they need to have the small bumps, wrinkles and softness of the real thing. These random waves and bumps are harder to model with 3D software than more rigid pieces of furniture like a nightstand.Adding the fabric to the bed covers can also be painstaking as they often form part of an overall shape or pattern.

Real Views in 3D Images

This scene has the real view from the actual project, which is a superb way of displaying what a buyer will actually see from a new condo, office or home. There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still 3D Images . The downfall to this method is that it shows no motion or change in within an animation. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane. The increased visual scope of a 360-degree panoramic image gives excellent results with animations as the view adjusts with the movement of the 3D camera.
