Interior
3D Images
With detailed and life-like results, Archiform 3D's approach to interior
3D Renderings
and 3D Animations pushes the technology curve.
The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics.
Decoratoration items and personal accessories are also created in 3D and placed carefully throughout the scenes.
After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.
The carefull combining of these skills often give
3D Architectural Renderings
that are more appealing than actual photographs.
What is noteworthy is that we create fly-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our
3D Renderings
.
Bedrooms in 3DThe bedroom is the most intimate and private part of a home, so we try to make it look like a place that you can imagine yourself sleeping in.
By working on Camera Angles, illumination, detailing and the overall mood of the scene we achieve this.
We like to have a camera angle that shows an approach to the bed and possibly a window or balcony behind it.
We like to create an ambience to the scene that resembles soft morning light or a romantic night. The soft parts of a bed such as the covers and pillows are the most painstaking items to model in a bedroom Architectural Rendering or animation.
To look real and inviting they need to have the small bumps, wrinkles and softness of the real thing.
Computer 3D Modelling is best at straight shapes or regular curves, so a finished bed is harder to create than most other pieces of furniture.
The wrinkles, creases and soft flowing shapes of bed linen also make them hard work to texture, especially when the fabrics are complex and have large patterns.
Real Views in 3D Scenes
You will see in this 3D Rendering
that the real view from this scene is incorporated. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model.
Both techniques have their advantages.
A simple 2D image put into the scene is the easiest to do, as the single shot can be taken in many different inexpensive ways.
But when used in animations a 2D image doesn’t show any motion with the 3D Camera.
If the viewpoint changes in any direction the view doesn’t change, which is not a visually appealing result. The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions.
This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly.
Archiform 3D is often engaged to take the panoramic shots as we have the equipment and cameras necessary.
