Interior 3D Images

Archiform 3D's approach to interior 3D Images gives a detailed and life-like result. The furniture is created from pictures of the originals, translated into 3D and textured with your choice of colors and fabrics. Decoratoration items and personal accessories are also created in 3D and placed carefully throughout the scenes. We then light the scene to enhance realism and create dramatic effects.

The carefull combining of these skills often give 3D Images that are more appealing than actual photographs. Our 3D fly-through animations are rendered to the same standard as our still 3D Images .

3D Images of Bedroom Scenes

We like to approach bedroom scenes with the aim to creating the 3D Image that you could really see yourself sleeping in. The Camera Angle, lighting and detailing are how we attempt this. We like to have a camera angle that shows an approach to the bed and possibly a window or balcony behind it. And we prefer to lighting to depict either sleeping or waking time, so a soft touch of moonlight sneaking past the drapes is often perfect.

The most complex thing to create in a bedroom 3D Image is the bed and pillows. To be realistic and appealing they must have the small imperfections, wrinkles and softness of the genuine item. These imperfections are harder to create with 3D software than harder more rigid pieces of furniture. Applying the textures to the bed covers can also be challenging, especially is there is a shape or pattern that must be maintained evenly over the 3D Mesh.

Incorporating Real Views with 3D Images

Looking outwards from the viewpoint in this 3D Image you may notice that the actual view is incorporated. We do this as either a flat 2D image in the background or as a complete 360-degree panorama encompassing the 3D Scene. Both techniques have their advantages.

A flat 2D image put into the background is the easiest to do, as it is one shot that can be taken in many different ways and often costs less due to reduced location costs. But when used in fly-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If a 3D virtual camera changes direction it becomes obvious that the backdrop is merely a flat face.

The 360-degree photography method costs more due to location and time, as each finished shot is a view in all the horizontal directions. This technique yields the best best quality result for 3D Animations as the view adjusts to the aspect of the Virtual Camera. You can provide us with the images for the views or we can do the location shoot for you for an additional fee.
