Some developments look their best in 3D when combined with a real photograph. 3D Photomontage is the combining of a photograph with 3D Renderings , blending the two to form a highly realistic picture. The results are usually indistinguishable from reality. The photographs can be taken at any time of day or night and from any angle. We can cut around existing buildings and trees and we can add any proposed enhancements to the streetscape. Archiform 3D can also take the photographs for you, which often requires a full day shoot to get the best lighting and angles. You can take the photographs yourself or use another photographer and we can work with them.

Price and Build by the 3D Scene

Archiform 3D works on a Price by Scene policy, which means we charge by the scene, not by the 3D Rendering . While we have discounts for just one image of a scene, getting a series of images works out to be far more cost-effective. This 3D Rendering is a typical example of this policy, meaning that the client has paid for a 3D Scene and obtained multiple images for the same fixed price. The perfect scenario for this is when you need more than one image for a marketing campaign or you need to produce a complete set of pictures to completely show a development. Both interior and exterior 3D Renderings can be produced this way.
