Interior 3D Renderings

Our internal 3D Renderings are highly detailed and rich with warmth and quality. Each item of furniture is carefully modelled in 3D from pictures or catalogues and includes representations of original fabric samples. Decorator and accessories are also modelled in 3D and distributed carefully throughout the rooms. Lighting is then added with attention to realism, shadowing and highlights.

The culmination of these creates 3D Renderings and walk-through animations that are often dramatically better than reality. What is noteworthy is that we create fly-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Renderings .

3D Renderings of Kitchens

Kitchen 3D Scenes, while small, are often complex. They often contain detailed cabinets, handles and appliances that must normally be depicted perfectly. This is due to the fact that unlike living rooms they are built into the development and therefore a critical part of the sale.

To create the 3D Renderings we need to receive detailed plans and elevations of the cabinets. We also need details such as the doors, the types of fittings, appliances and all hard surfaces. Once we have constructed this in 3D we normally decorate them with a few household items, which you are free to specify from a catalogue or pictures.

Real Views in 3D Scenes

This 3D Rendering has the actual view from the project, which is a perfect way of displaying what a purchaser of a pre-construction condo, office or home will actually see. There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama. Both techniques have their advantages.

A flat 2D image put into the background is the easiest to do, as it is one shot that can be taken in many different ways and often costs less due to reduced location costs. Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the 3D Camera if you wish to animate the scene.If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.

The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions. This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly. Archiform 3D is often engaged to take the panoramic shots as we have the equipment and cameras necessary.
