3D Architectural Renderings of Interior Design

Archiform 3D approaches each interior 3D Architectural Renderings with detail, precision and artistic flare. We create each piece of furniture from just photographs of the original and apply fabric samples of your choice. You can pick almost any model or type of accessory to visually enhance the scene, which we will create and add in 3D. The scene is then illuminated carefully for realism and effect.

While often mistaken for photographs, our interior 3D Architectural Renderings often exceed them in quality and flexibility. What is noteworthy is that we create fly-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our 3D Architectural Renderings .

3D Architectural Renderings of Apartments

3D is very useful for condominium and apartment projects. Because one scene may portray many units the marketing budget stretches much further. You may find that just three scenes are all you need to cover your needs of the entire development. We also offer volume discounts for these projects as it is rare that each apartment will be so different from the next that we have to recreate all of the furniture each time. Considering that we include so many still 3D Architectural Renderings in our prices you will also find that you get plenty of images for brochures and web sites from just a few scenes.

3D Architectural Renderings of Living Rooms

Grand salons and lounge rooms are the most intensive scenes to create within an apartment, condominium or house. They have more features, are bigger rooms, usually cover more than one living space and are the center of everyday living in the home. They are also the most difficult for a designer or architect to prepare a detailed brief for, so it’s hard for our 3D Artists to get perfect immediately.

Furnishings in these spaces can also be painstaking to model in 3D. This is because of the complex shapes and curves that form items like sofas and lounge chairs, which require effort to get both the shape and textures perfect. This is also true for the more ornate lighting fixtures, which not only have detailed shapes with reflective and semi-transparent materials but also have multiple ways of illuminating the room.

What is good about building these scenes in 3D is the scope for creativity. This is often in the smaller detailing and touches that enhances what may be a partially complete or basic design document. A book, candle, rose or pillow in the right place and tell a small story on it’s own.

Creating Bedrooms as 3D Architectural Renderings

We like to approach bedroom scenes with the aim to creating the 3D Architectural Rendering that you could really see yourself sleeping in. To achieve this we work with the Camera Angles, the small details and the lighting. We like to have a visual approach that shows the bed and possibly a balcony or window behind it. And we like to lighting to show either sleeping time or waking up, so a low light dancing past the blinds is often a lovely morning touch.

The most difficult item to model in a bedroom 3D Architectural Rendering is the bedding and pillows. To look real and inviting they need to have the small bumps, wrinkles and softness of the real thing. The difficulty comes in that computers are best at straight lines and regular curves, so a wavy, irregular, almost organic shape is harder to create. Applying the textures to the bed covers can also be challenging, especially is there is a shape or pattern that must be maintained evenly over the 3D Mesh.

One Scene, Lots of 3D Architectural Renderings

We work on a price and build by the scene policy, which means we charge our clients by the scene, not by the 3D Architectural Rendering . Despite discounts for single images only, more value for money is achieved with multiple 3D Architectural Renderings from one scene. This 3D Architectural Rendering is a good example of this production method, showing the client has paid for an overall 3D Scene and received multiple renderings for one fixed price. The ideal case for this is when a client requires multiple images for a marketing campaign or to produce a complete set of 3D Architectural Renderings to portray a property development. This process for 3D Architectural Renderings can be used for both exterior and interior 3D Scenes.
