You can choose almost any kind of decorator accessory to enhance the scene, which we will model and add in 3D. The scene is then illuminated carefully for realism and effect.

Kitchen 3D Architectural Renderings

A 3D kitchen Scene is often deceivingly complex in it’s creation. The detailing and finishes, which can be varied and unusual, must be perfectly shown. Unlike living rooms, kitchens are part of the overall sale product in a condo or house, so accurate representation is critical.

You need to provide elevations and plans of the cabinets for us to create the structure in 3D. We also need details and pictures of the surfaces being used, the doors panels and the electrical appliances. The last thing we do is decorate the scene with small items and personal touches.

Real Views in 3D Architectural Renderings

This 3D Architectural Rendering shows the actual view from the scene. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both methods have advantages ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A flat 2D background costs less to prepare and is best suited to still 3D Architectural Renderings . But when used in walk-through video a 2D backdrop doesn’t show any movement with the 3D Camera. If the 3D Camera changes the direction it is looking at the view doesn’t change, which is not a desirable result.

The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane. The increased visual scope gives excellent results for 3D Animations as when the 3D Camera turns within the scene the view changes with it. We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
