Andrea Trapani
Coming from an artistic background, son of a renowned
local artist, and having also practiced art himself, Andrea
was always a keen art and design enthusiast. In the early
2000, Andrea became very interested in Real Estate business
in Malta which was at the time booming as a sector in the
local market. Having also worked as a Real Estate Associate
himself with Malta’s pioneering companies and secured contacts
with various developers and people in the industry, Andrea’s
interest in the field continued to evolve.
It was during
the days of working directly with the client, seeking to
buy a property, be it for investment or as a future home
to live in that inspired Andrea with uniting forces and
create a services company, Capital Alliance Ltd, Malta.
Today, Capital Alliance covers all aspects of client representation
from Construction Project Management to Property and Facilities
Management including Services Installation, Letting Administration,
Quality Control, Quantity Surveying, Internal/External
Design, Professional Light Design and many others.
Andrea,
together with his partner Ryan and a vast team of experts
in no time managed to secure a good number of clients and
the demands for the company’s services began to grow rapidly.
At Dragonfly, which is a subsidiary of Capital Alliance
dealing in Real Estate branding, he is today, proud to
represent Archiform3d, a world leader and true innovator
in complete 3D architectural rendered virtual reality presentations
and visualization for new designs and property developments.
Through his experience in the field, the contacts acquired
locally and with neighboring countries like Italy and Libya,
to where he travels extensively, Andrea is positive that,
