Intro

Aqua Apartment - Luxury apartment on the waterfront at Labrador. Quiet location close to all amenities. Spacious, contemporary and fully self contained with all the mod cons of home and views of the beautiful Broadwater.

The day begins with sunlight on water, crisp cotton bedlinen, soft breezes, dappled shade through louvres that enclose a wide balcony from which to contemplate the coming day. An express lift away from fine dining, cafes, places to walk, talk and swim and jog and workout. The interior is casual and elegant with two bedrooms. The main (queen bed) with expansive views over the Broadwater and the rear bedroom (twin) with stunning sunsets and views to the hinterland.

3D Details

A luxury apartment building on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

We created 3D architectural renderings and animations of the exterior and interior of 3 apartments. The retail area was also included. This also involved view capture and photomontage work. Our client saw the advantages of using our complete service and our "complete scene" workflow. This was, in it's time, an amazing virtual reality feat.

As we moved ahead with this project we also took photographs from and across the water to create some highly realistic photomontage images. These included disk shots that allowed us to play with the coloured light of a sunset.

All interior Archiform 3D renderings are pure 3D with no photo objects and are radiosity rendered. The animations have the same quality as the stills, giving us a clear lead in moving picture presentations and providing a complete set of portfolio of images for each project within the normal price structure.

Pieces of Architectural 3D Art of Exteriors

Many complex elements come together to create an exterior 3D Artwork of a landscape or building. Trees and plants are extremely important to every external scene. Leaves and branches are modelled individually by Archiform 3D to create each tree, plant and flower. If the surrounding site and views are attractive then your building design may look best rendering into a photograph. Photomontage is the merging of Pieces of 3D Art with actual photographs from the site, forming a seamless combination. Often indistinguishable from reality these images are often mistaken for a finished development. The photographs can be taken at any time of day or night and from any angle. Existing trees and buildings can be cut around and we can add new features too. Archiform 3D can also take the photographs for you, which often requires a full day shoot to get the best lighting and angles. You can also take the photographs yourself or with another photographer and we can work with them.

3D Architectural Images of Interior Design

We create each price of furniture from just photographs of the original and apply fabric samples of your choice. The scenes are then enhanced with decorator items like wall hung artwork, indoor plants and designer household pieces. After the major furniture and small accessories are added we carefully illuminate the scene for effect and realism.

This combination may actually give better interior visualizations than real scenes as we are not restricted to the limitations of ordinary photography. Our interior 3D animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect quality as our still Pieces of 3D Artwork .
