Oceans (2004)

A beachfront hi-rise resort on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. We created 3D renderings and animations of the exterior, a retail area and interior of 2 apartments. This also involved view capture and photomontage work. Our client saw the advantages of using our complete service and our "complete scene" workflow.

All interior Archiform 3D renderings are pure 3D with no photo objects and are radiosity rendered. The animations have the same quality as the stills, giving us a clear lead in moving picture presentations and providing a complete set of portfolio of images for each project within the normal price structure.

Although the client didn't order photomontage we saw it as such a good opportunity and so worthwhile we shot it while onsite doing the views. We pride ourselves on over-delivering through our scene building techniques rather than nitpicking over inclusions. Also note the camera tracking n the beginning of the movie (WMV format) that shows the building blended into real aerial footage.

The two photomontage shots, one from the oceanfront and one at night are typical of our philosophy of telling a story. Professional photography isn't just about having a great camera, it's knowing how and when to use it.

As can be seen in this presentation, the interior scheme chosen by the client is very white, modern and minimalist.

The photographs can be taken at any time of day or night and from any angle. We can cut around existing buildings and trees and we can add any proposed enhancements to the streetscape. Archiform 3D can also take the photographs for you, which often requires a full day shoot to get the best lighting and angles. You can also take the photographs yourself or with another photographer and we can work with them.

3D Renderings of Interior Scenes

Archiform 3D's careful and meticulous approach to interior 3D Art Pieces gives a life-like result. We create each price of furniture from just photographs of the original and apply fabric samples of your choice. You can select almost any kind of personal decorator item to enhance the 3D scene or room, which we will model and added into the 3D visualization. We then light the scene to enhance realism and create dramatic effects.

This combination may actually give better interior visualizations than real scenes as we are not restricted to the limitations of ordinary photography. Our animations are done to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still Pieces of 3D Artwork .
