Over the years our clients have asked us a few questions regarding
our pricing and inclusions so are giving you the most common
ones with the answers.
Q: Do these rates include the exterior of the building?
A: No, these rates are just for the apartment. The building exterior,
pool, etc, are extra.
Q: If the price for the apartment renderings includes 6 images
then can I have each one of a different apartment?
A: No. The
rate is per apartment.
Q: What do I need to get you in order to start?
A: Sign the submission and then follow the guidelines we have
set for interior
designers.
Q: The price seems great, is there any catch?
A: No. We have
no catches.
Q: Do you have libraries of furniture to choose from?
A: Yes. Not only do we have furniture but we also have complete
room scenes to help you. You can mix and match them to any combination
you like.
Q: What happens if I need more renderings?
A: It is more than likely that if they are part of the scene created
and are requested early then we will give them to you for free
(yes, you read right). If you ask for them later or if it requires
significantly more work to make these new renderings then we
will charge you by the hour.
Q: Are the renderings high enough in resolution for print?
A: Yes. Our normal size is high enough resolution to cover
the top of a page in a magazine.
Q: If I need bigger or higher resolution images then how much
will you charge me?
A: If you order it when you give us the brief then nothing (yes,
you are still reading right).
Q: Do I have to pay all over again if I make alterations?
A: No, we can charge you by the hour for just the additional
work you need done.
Q: If I order just a basic package of still images only then
can I upgrade to fly-through video later?
A: Yes. We would charge you the difference in price plus 25%
(of the difference) to set the scene up again.
