Archiform 3D Terms and Conditions: Priority Service
Priority service is a way to get your renderings, animations
or web site fast. It has both accelerated administration and
production time. This is achieved via two major factors:
- The immediate dedication of an Archiform 3D team member to
compiling your brief and ensuring it is ready for commencement
in production and;
- The immediate start by one of Archiform 3D's top artists
or designers.
Preparation of the brief
Within normal working hours a team member will attend to your
project and guide you through the process of compiling the brief
immediately. This may be over the phone, video conference, live
chat or in person dependant on circumstances and localities.
Nothing will be passed to production until the brief is 100%
complete and resolved. We will inform you if there is anything
missing.
As with all briefs, we do not accept hard copy samples. Everything
must be in digital form. In the case of the priority service
we do not accept anything other than internet sent data, such
as email, FTP or direct transfer of files via chat.
Payment
Priority service for you also mean priority payment for us.
Unless you have a previous account with Archiform 3D you must
pay for all priority work in advance. This can be done via a
major credit card, direct payment to our account or cheque. No
work will start until the funds have been received.
Types of jobs available for priority service
Not every job can be run through priority service due to rendering
and complexity issues. Highly complex jobs or those still in
some form of development may not be acceptable for priority service
and we would inform you if this is the case.
