Altura is a luxury residential tower located in Tampa, FL, overlooking the beautiful bay. Our team was responsible for the condo interior design, 3D visualization, and an interactive web-based module that allowed potential buyers to explore the units in 3D. 

 

 In addition to the visual aspect, we also created an interactive web-based module that allowed potential buyers to explore the units in 3D. This added an extra level of engagement and allowed the buyers to get a better sense of the building's layout, finishes and available units. This innovative approach helped The Ronto Group successfully sell out their units even in the midst of the pandemic. We are proud to have played a key role in the success of Altura and it's a great example of our ability to deliver an exceptional real estate project even in difficult times.
