Project Details

Altura is a luxury residential tower in Tampa, Florida. Archiform 3D produced the visualisation package, interior imagery, marketing visuals and interactive web-based sales tools used to help communicate the project to prospective buyers. 

 

 In addition to the visual aspect, we also created an interactive web-based module that allowed potential buyers to explore the units in 3D. This added an extra level of engagement and allowed the buyers to get a better sense of the building's layout, finishes and available units. This innovative approach helped The Ronto Group successfully sell out their units even in the midst of the pandemic. We are proud to have played a key role in the success of Altura and it's a great example of our ability to deliver an exceptional real estate project even in difficult times.
