Project Details

The Banc Hotel project was an exciting opportunity for our team to showcase our skills in innovative bank-inspired design, modern and stylish bar design and 3D visualization. We worked closely with the developer to create a design that would appeal to the hotel's target market, incorporating elements of the building's history as a bank such as a huge vault door that separates it from the chic bar design by Randi Miller.

Our team used detailed visualisation and presentation imagery to communicate the atmosphere, materials and guest experience of the hotel long before construction. The work included exterior views, arrival sequences, public spaces, pool environments, lobby concepts and the signature bar design.

Special attention was given to lighting, materials, circulation and guest experience throughout the development. The resulting imagery helped communicate the character of the project while supporting design development and marketing objectives.
