Project Details

The "Omega" project, developed by "The Ronto Group" on Bonita Bay, is a shining example of how luxury living can be achieved in a high-rise tower. Archiform 3D produced visualisation and marketing imagery for residences, amenities, public spaces and waterfront lifestyle experiences throughout the development. 

 

One of the key features of the project is the roof deck and pool area, designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the bay. The pool is a beautiful infinity-edge design that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, while the roof deck offers ample space for entertaining and relaxation. The ground floor amenities, including the community lobby and social room, were also carefully crafted to create a sense of elegance and style. 

 

One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the use of cutting-edge technology in the design process. Advanced visualisation techniques were used to create highly detailed imagery and presentation films that accurately communicated the project's features, finishes and location. This included blending 3D building into real drone footage that I shot from the site, which allowed potential buyers to get a true sense of the project's scale and location. 

 

The project was successfully delivered and construction has since been completed. The final product is a testament to the power of design and technology in creating luxury living spaces that exceed expectations.
