Project Details

The Solaris Clubhouse is a community facility designed to enhance the living experience of the residents in the Solaris community. This amenity building was developed to provide residents with a central hub for recreation, wellness, and social interaction. The facility includes a swimming pool, fitness centre, social spaces, and outdoor gathering areas designed to strengthen community engagement. Architectural refinements such as landscape, pathways, egress, pool design, and architectural proportions were also included in our design. 

The visualisation package focused on communicating atmosphere, activity, and lifestyle, helping future residents understand how the clubhouse integrates into the broader Solaris development. 

The project demonstrates Archiform 3D's ability to communicate community-focused developments through detailed visualisation, clear presentation, and strong design storytelling.
