This presentation film showcases Finca Elena, a residential community designed for the tropical hillsides of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. This video was created by using digital mapping of the terrain and 3D modeling to provide an accurate representation of the community. The animation showcases the design of the homes, the landscape, and the overall layout of the community. It also highlights the hurricane resilience features of the design. The video is an immersive experience that allows viewers to get a sense of the community before it is built and to envision themselves living there. The film combines terrain mapping, visualisation and aerial presentation techniques to communicate the project clearly to prospective buyers and stakeholders.
