Project Details

Sunset Key Cottage is a private coastal residence located on the exclusive Sunset Key island near Key West, Florida. The project began as a focused interior and visualisation commission, with the original interior direction developed with Bianca Boie and later refinements made with Randi Miller as the work evolved.

The presentation film communicates the relaxed coastal character of the residence, including the interiors, balconies, outdoor living spaces, pool area, and surrounding tropical landscape.

The project now also has a live Spatial 3D experience, allowing visitors to move through the residence and understand the relationship between the rooms, exterior spaces, and island setting as a connected environment.
